1. Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted for items that arrive damaged or are different from the item ordered. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Reporting an Issue
Contact Bookzon support with your order details and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item so the request can be reviewed.
3. Refund Method
Once an eligible return is approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method used for the order.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. The time taken for the amount to appear may also depend on the payment provider or bank.
